Your loyalty deserves a little something extra. After 12 full, uninterrupted months of membership, you’ll receive your choice of 50 units of Botox (or comparable neurotoxin) or 1 syringe of filler on us! To qualify, your membership must remain active for all 12 months with no pauses. Memberships placed on hold due to failed or missed payments will be reviewed at our discretion for anniversary reward eligibility.
